Customised Society Clothing

We know that shopping for bulk customised clothing can be a headache! That is why we have made it our responsibility to make the experience as easy as possible!
We will take your orders, process the payment and deliver your hoodies to you.

Below lists all the information you need to progress. But if you have any further questions, please email lovecardiff@cardiff.ac.uk.

Clothing Options

Style:

You can choose from a classic hoodie and classic crewneck.

Colours:

Black  Red  Navy  Grey  Charcoal  Burgundy  Other*

You can only select one colour.

*Please note other colour may be available but at a more expensive price, please speak to a member of the team first to discuss before filling in the form.

Artwork Options:

We have Embroidery* and print design available to order,

Embroidery: small print on right or left chest.

Print: small print on right or left chest or full chest.

Artwork for your society can be attached to the form please fill in the form on how you would like your garment to look. Please then fill in any detail of colour and design we will need to know to be able to print your design.

*Embroidery prices are based on 8,500 Stitches.

Timescale: Please allow 10 days for your booking to be reviewed. Your item will then be published online for 1 month for your club to purchase (we can shorten this if requested but please remember the minimum order quantity). After this please allow us 3 weeks to dispatch your items.

Payment: When we have received your order form, we will list the item for sale at shop.cardiffstudents.com. Payment will be taken online. This can be done by one person in bulk or by individuals.

Minimum Order: there is no minimum order however please note that orders under 25 falls below our supplier minimum order and have been priced at a higher rate due to this. Final prices will be confirmed on consultation.

*Terms and conditions: the prices below are an estimate. Due to the current supply chain the prices will vary based on quantity and print style. We will confirm the price on consultation.

If you would like to add an individual’s name, please see the additional charges below:

*Terms and conditions apply price based on 1 print or embroidered per Hoodie. Orders under 25 are estimated prices and will have to be confirm by our suppliers.

How it works

Step 1: Fill in the order form & send to lovecardiff@cardiff.ac.uk. Please put your society name in the subject. Must be filled in and order by President, Treasurer or (kit) secretary.

Step 2: Allow 10 days for your order to be reviewed. A member of the Love Cardiff team will be in touch.

Step 3: When your order is approved a link will be emailed to you showing your society product live on shop.cardiffstudents.com. The product will be available to pre-order for 1 month. (We can shorten this on your instruction).

Step 4: After the deadline the product will be removed from the website and no longer available to order.

Step 5: We will be in touch to let you know how many items have been ordered and confirm whether you want to go ahead.

Step 6 : Allow 3 weeks after the closing date for your orders to be dispatched or ready for collection.
