Class of 2024 Pre-order time frame / Order period
This is a limited-edition range available for Graduation only. The ordering period for the personalised Graduation 2024 clothing is from 26th April 2024 to 7th June 2024.
After 7th June 2024, there will be another opportunity to order a Graduation hoody. However, the personalisation will come at an extra charge of £10, including both the school name & individual name.
Delivery for any Graduation orders placed after 7th June 2024 will be scheduled after the Graduation event. Keep an eye out for further information on ordering after 7th June 2024.
Graduation delivery schedule
Please note that our Graduation pre-orders will experience a delay in sending as they are pre-ordered items that are printed to order.
Deliveries for orders placed by 7th June 2024 will be dispatched week commencing 1st – 12th July 2024. Please note the royal mail delivery times.
Items shipped to the UK will be posted via Royal mail 2nd class signed for service 3-5 working days from dispatched.
International shipping will be sent tracked and/or signed for service. Please check updates with the Royal Mail for an estimated shipping duration.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout it accurate and reflects where you will living at the time of delivery. We cannot guarantee changed to the postage address after the order has been processed.
Any other items ordered with a pre-ordered items will be held and dispatched at the same time.
Personalisation
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct school is selected from the drop-down list provided. Love Cardiff cannot be responsible for the selection of an incorrect school name.
Please ensure you have checked you are happy with the text entered into the text box and double check the spelling. Love Cardiff will not be held responsible for any spelling errors.
If you do notice a mistake on your order confirmation then please contact Lovecardiff@cardiff.ac.uk immediately. We cannot promise we will be able to amend this, but we will always do our best to rectify a mistake where we can.
Free Personalisation & Free Click & Collect
Brand new for 2024, we are offering pre-order customers to add an embroidered name & school name to the front of the hoody.
Orders placed before 7th June 2024 are eligible for free personalisation & free click and collect from CSL during Graduation week.
Any orders placed after this date will be processed the week commencing 1st July 2024, personalisation will come at a cost of £10 for both the school name & individual name.

Free Click & Collect
Orders placed before 7th June 2024 are eligible for free personalisation & free click and collect from CSL during Graduation week.
Click and collects must be collected from the Love Cardiff Pop up stall on the Ground floor of the Centre for Student life between 15th July – 19th July 2024. This will be where you will collect your Graduation gown.
Any orders not collected, will be available to collect from the Love Cardiff store until 31st July.
If you are not able to collect your item by this time, please email lovecardiff@cardiff.ac.uk to arrange delivery. Delivery will come at an extra cost.
Orders not collected / delivery arranged by 12th August 2024 will be disposed and a refund will not be issued.
Graduation product returns
Returns for Graduation clothing from any year are not accepted.
Items with an individual name & school name added are non-returnable as they have been created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
Please ensure you check the size guide & double check the text before completing the order.
Dated Graduation clothing are non-returnable.
Changes to an order
Unfortunately, we are not always able to make modifications to an order as we aim to prepare the order as soon as possible when we receive it.
However, if you notify us as soon as possible we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been processed. Please email us lovecardiff@cardiff.ac.uk
