Delivery and Collection

As this is a pre-order, please disregard the automated delivery times — they are system-generated and cannot be switched off.

 All fleeces ordered before 5 June 2026 will be ready for collection from the week commencing 13 July 2026 (Graduation Week) at the Love Cardiff store.

 Delivery orders will be sent from 1 July 2026.

 Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address for July delivery, particularly if you are currently in student accommodation. Love Cardiff is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses.

 If you need to change your address, please email as soon as possible.

 Returns

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

As these items are made to order and personalised, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
