• You may cancel your order and receive a full refund until 7/07/2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

• A collection date must be selected at checkout and cannot be changed.

• Bouquets must be collected on your chosen date. If not collected, Love Cardiff reserves the right to resell the bouquet due to the perishable nature of the flowers.

• Care instructions will be provided at pickup. Love Cardiff is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage.

• Flower selection - Please note these are a summer selection so we can not guarantee what flowers will be included. You do however have a choice of colour.
