Ensure you check the sizing guide listed in the product images as these are custom fleece they are non-refundable / exchangeable.  

Customised text (Optional) 
Any additional custom text will be charged at a fee of £3.50 per custom text, please use the text box to add your customisation. Special characters are not supported. CAP must be used in the text to advoid spelling mistakes 
 
Initials are normally  placed on the left shoulder. Committee position will be placed on the back 
 
The committee name or your individual name will be placed on the back of the fleece (please see the image example for details).   

Please ensure you have checked the text entered in the customisation boxes before placing the order. This is exactly how the text will be embroidered on the fleece and cannot be amended after the order is placed.  
Love Cardiff & Y1 will not be held responsible for any spelling errors. Please note, special characters and symbols including accented or modified letters cannot be embroidered. 

If your custom text doesn't appear in the basket during checkout, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Collection Information:
Please check with your society regarding collection details, as they may be collecting on your behalf.
Kindly ignore the estimated delivery time shown in your confirmation email — this is automatically generated and does not reflect the actual production time for the fleeces.

All fleeces take 8–10 weeks to produce from the final order closing date.
