All fleeces are made to order and take approximately 6–10 working weeks (term time) from the order closing date, not the date you place your order.
You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

Sizing
Please selected your size from the options above.
Ensure you check the sizing guide listed in the product images as these are custom fleece they are non-refundable / exchangeable.
Customised text (Optional)
Any additional custom text will be charged at a fee of £3.50 per custom text, please use the text box to add your customisation. Special characters are not supported.
Initials will be placed on the left shoulder. Committee position will be placed on the back
The committee name or your individual name will be placed on the back of the fleece (please see the image example for details).
Please ensure you have checked the text entered in the customisation boxes before placing the order. This is exactly how the text will be embroidered on the fleece and cannot be amended after the order is placed.
Love Cardiff & Y1 will not be held responsible for any spelling errors. Please note, special characters and symbols including accented or modified letters cannot be embroidered.
If your custom text doesn't appear in the basket during checkout, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery - Please select collection at the checkout as this is a collection item only. all fleeces will be picked up by one member of the club and is to be collected from them After delivery. Shipping if selected will not be refund. if you have selected shipping by mistake please contact Love Cardiff with 1 week of ordering to issues a refund of the charge.
