Please note that our Graduation pre-orders will experience a delay in sending as they are pre-ordered items that are printed to order.
Items ordered for collection will be ready the week of graduation at the Centre for Student Life pop up shop.
Deliveries for orders placed by 6th June 2025 will be dispatched week commencing 1st – 11th July 2025. Items will be shipped using Royal Mail, please see below for estimated shipping times following your items dispatch.
Delivery for orders placed after 8th June – 11th August will be dispatched week commencing 2nd September 2025.
Items shipped to the UK will be posted via Royal mail services and can take up 3-5 working days from dispatched.
International shipping will be sent tracked and/or signed for service. Please check updates with the Royal Mail for an estimated shipping duration. please note we currently can not ship to the EU due to new lawsIt is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and reflects where you will living at the time of delivery. We cannot guarantee changes to the postage address after the order has been processed.
Any other items ordered with pre-ordered items will be held and dispatched at the same time.

Personalisation is free until 6th June 2025. This includes a choice of your name and school, with a maximum of 20 characters. School name comes with a choice of languages: Welsh, English, or bilingual.
Any orders placed after this date will be processed the week commencing 1st September, personalisation will come at a cost of £6 per custom text for both the school name & individual name.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct school is selected from the drop-down list provided. Love Cardiff cannot be responsible for the selection of an incorrect school name.
Please ensure you have checked you are happy with the text entered into the text box and double check the spelling. Love Cardiff will not be held responsible for any spelling errors.
If you do notice a mistake on your order confirmation then please contact Lovecardiff@cardiff.ac.uk immediately. We cannot promise we will be able to amend this, but we will always do our best to rectify a mistake where we can.

Returns for Graduation clothing from any year are not accepted.
Items with an individual name & school name added are non-refundable as they have been created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
Please ensure you check the size guide & double check the text before completing the order.Dated Graduation clothing are also non-refundable.
